We understand that sometimes products may be damaged during transit. In order to provide you with a hassle-free refund process, we accept video evidence of the damaged product as proof.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product, and provide us with a video that clearly shows the damage. The video should be shot in good lighting conditions and should clearly capture the extent of the damage.

The product is returned to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once we receive the video evidence and verify the damage, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that the refund will be initiated only after we receive the product in its original condition.
Please note that we do not accept video evidence for any other issues apart from damage during transit. Additionally, this policy is applicable only to products that are shipped within the country.
